You don’t hire a plumber to teach you how to do the plumbing, you just want them to fix the leak. Well the same can be true of dog training. I can step in to do the training for you and simply hand over the necessary skills for you to maintain things.

This suits busy people or those who are looking for faster results. It can also be a relationship saver for you and your dog if things have broken down a bit due to their difficult behaviour.

After years of teaching clients one to one I watched two novices struggle through and often fail to get the consistency needed to solve behaviour issues. When both you and your dog are learning together it can be tough and take a lot longer to achieve the results you are looking for.

Why not hand those first few weeks of training over to a pro and let your dog learn the skills it needs with an experienced hand. Then the handover to you to continue to good work, starting from a much stronger position. You save the expense of residential training and the time of DIY. Best of both worlds.

FAQs

  • I guarantee improvement. During our first session we will set realistic goals but it’s important to remember that neither you nor your dog are robotic.

    No trainer should be making cast iron guarantees, it’s unethical to do so - BUT we will make things better, of that I’m sure.

  • Yes! You can pay monthly or save money by paying upfront.

  • Travel within Peebles and the local area is included. We’ll set the session location based on what are goals are for the training we are doing.

    If you would like me to travel to you outside of the local area it will be at additional cost and if timings are feasible.

  • Every client will get a WhatsApp group set up for their dogs training. Individual sessions will be supported for a period of two weeks after the session and packages will be supported throughout the entire period of your training.

    I also have an extensive video library available that can be accessed via £9.99 monthly subscription, this is a great way to help you practice after sessions or at the end of your package.
